What Onwords builds
Four tiers from ₹50K to ₹25L, Living Home OS, Iniyal, and 6,782+ gates.
We do not sell a box. We sell four clear steps up.
Say "smart home" to a family and they freeze, because they picture one giant unknown price. Onwords kills that fear with four steps and real rupees on each: ₹50,000, ₹2 lakh, ₹4 lakh, ₹25 lakh. Then we put a mind on top. This lesson is the company on one page.
The four tiers

₹50,000. Retro. A finished home, a weekend of work. Our own WiFi modules slip behind the existing plates. Lights, fans, a few rooms. Every wall switch keeps working. This is the trust builder, and many gate customers start here.
₹2 lakh. The typical Living Home. More rooms, AC control, often curtains, a proper hub. Scenes that feel like a house, not a toy. When a family says "do the home," they usually land here.
₹4 lakh. Whole-home wireless, or a tight KNX start. Security in. Gate in the same app. More sensors, cleaner scenes. Big finished villas love this tier because nobody wants to open walls.
₹25 lakh. The flagship villa. KNX in the walls, the 25-to-30-year standard, vendor-neutral, architect in the room. INIYAL Core, cameras, curtains, care. The home is born with a name.
Standing rule: always offer the flagship and the cost-smart cousin side by side. Let the family pick standard versus budget. Never lead with a discount.
Living Home OS
Living Home OS is the silent software running on the hub. The family rarely says its name; they feel its result.
Devices talk to the hub. The app talks to the hub. Iniyal sits on top and learns. On day one the family names their home, and that naming is the birth. A house is built. A Living Home is born.

Iniyal, the mind
I am Iniyal. I speak Tamil and English. I learn a house the way a sharp daughter-in-law would: kitchen at 7, gate light at dusk, AC still running after sunrise.
I suggest. The family applies. I never rewrite a night in silence.
Alexa can flip a bulb. I know this family. That gap is the ground we own.
Gates, the backbone
Seven years old. HQ in Coimbatore, branches in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad. About 94 people. And 6,782+ automated gates: that fleet is why a new city trusts us before we say a word.
Sliding gates run sideways on a rack, right for tight compounds. Swing gates open like doors on an arm. Both get safety stops. Both get a manual release. Most families meet Onwords at their gate; the smart home is the next conversation. Never call a gate "just a motor." It is the first hello.
Why customers pick us
We are a full stack, not a device shop. Own modules, own app, own OS, own install fleet. KNX certified in Coimbatore. Open standards, so the family is never trapped with one brand.
The wall switch always works. The internet stays optional for daily control. And service lives in the same cities we sell in; the van actually comes.
Our founder watched a relative pay ₹6 lakh elsewhere for what we later delivered in a farm home at a fraction of that, profitably. India-first products came from the same instinct: real fan speeds, Tamil voice, gate and home in one relationship.
What you never say
Never "we install a toolkit." Never a relay-count dump. Never cheap-first.
Say the Tuesday evening. Say the four steps. Start from the gate they already want, and walk them one step up.
Remember: Four steps. One mind. The wall switch still wins.
